The Committee for Interinstitutional Assistance was a board of council members employed by the University of Rudrig. It was their duty to review all requests for financial aid in assisting with the establishment of college annexes to the institute. After determining what manner of aid and how much, the committee would draw up an Agreement of Aid for the approved faction. In 1 BBY, the Committee sent Hissal as an official representative in an effort to found a campus on Brigia, to significant local opposition.
