Class Five infraction

The Class Five infraction was a category of crime outlined in the Imperial Legal Code during the Imperial Era. It was the least severe of the five crime categories described in the penal code, but could include severe punishments such as a six-month prison sentence which was handed out on Ringo Vinda for crashing into and defacing a statue of Galactic Emperor Palpatine.
