During the Clone Wars, the Confederacy of Independent Systems occupied Pau City and began using part of the Civic Level to produce Mankvim-814 interceptors. Soon after, the Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived on Utapau and landed on a landing platform on the level.
