After being imprisoned by the Guardians, a force set up by Jedi Master Dooku's old rival, Lorian Nod she escaped with the help of Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Cilia eventually ended the Annihilator conspiracy set up by Lorian and was proclaimed as a hero.
