The Cheunh script, sometimes called Chiss Script, was a writing system used to transcribe Cheunh, the primary language of the Chiss Ascendancy. After joining the Chiss Ascendancy, Lieutenant Eli Vanto paged through data listings written in Cheunh script aboard the Steadfast. Some fonts of Cheunh script were deliberately designed to be difficult to read upside down, such as from across a desk. The Pathfinder Qilori of Uandualon was able to read Cheunh well.
