In 5 BBY, Chandrilan Senator Mon Mothma established a Chandrilan charitable outreach program in order to move around funds to support the rebel network of gallery owner Luthen Rael. She asked the Chandrilan banker Tay Kolma to become chairman of the charitable foundation and aid her in raising funds for the rebels.
