The spire had a massive atrium made of blue crystal. Apart from the atrium, the building's first fifty floors were used for advertising and sales. The following twenty stories were devoted to administrative services such as taxes and payrolls, while the next thirty were used for research and development. The spire's top five floors were used by ChandrilTech's CEO, Hella Thimram, as well as by the company's Viceprexes, an administrative body.
