When Gallia mentioned sending Jedi negotiators there, Palpatine mentioned that Chamble's senator only wanted protection for local businesses. When Yoda pointed out that the Jedi were not police officers, Valorum stated his belief that only a visit was required, with Palpatine suggesting a training mission for show. Gallia promptly made a note before the group moved on to other business.
