Celestial Watchtowers were forts built by the early inhabitants of Pijal to watch over their soulcraft. When travel in space became less dangerous, the Watchtowers were no longer needed, falling into ruin. One was renovated by the blackguards, traitorous members of the Pijal royal guard, into a military outpost.
