The Bubbly Subbly was an underwater submersible that was owned by the Freemakers, a family of scavengers who lived during the Galactic Civil War. The Bubbly Subbly was built by Zander Freemaker, who was a skilled technician and starship builder. The Freemakers used the submarine to recover a Kyber Saber crystal from the depths of the ocean world of Ningoth. The Freemakers obtained the kyber crystal from an Opee sea killer by exchanging their Snubbly's light for the crystal. However, the kyber crystal was then stolen by the Sith Naare.
