The family was delivering bacta to the nearby Rebel Hospital, which treated wounded Rebel personnel after the Battle of Hoth. The system then served as a getaway point for Emon and Ace Azzameen after they fled an Imperial ambush on the hospital. While Emon and Ace both survived, their father Tomaas and their older brother Galin did not escape.
