Brek was a Trandoshan male who was a member of Veneb Drassk's clan. He was present during the confrontation between Veneb Drassk and Qyzen Fess on Taris. After Drassk's death, Brek studied the true hunter's path under Fess, and became one of Fess's primary lieutenants in the Warstalkers after the disappearance of the Barsen'thor.
