Brackis was a male individual who was a member of a criminal gang on Aloxor led by Sisay. When Sisay's gang ran into the undercover Imperials Eli Vanto and Brierly Ronan, who were on Aloxor as part of a mission for Grand Admiral Thrawn, they were captured by Sisay and her gang, who were suspicious of them. Imperial Security Bureau agent Dayja Collerand, who was also undercover on the planet, found Sisay's gang and incapacitated Brackis and the other members, saving the Imperial personnel.
