The Borsk Fey'lya Army Base was a Galactic Alliance military installation on Vandor-3 named after former New Republic Chief of State, Borsk Fey'lya. It was the base of operations for all Galactic Alliance Army activities in the Coruscant sector. It was also the headquarters for the Pop-Dogs army unit.
