Blue Deck was a deck on Sel Zonn Station.
Blue Deck was reserved for Imperial personnel and so was very clean and well maintained, unlike the rest of the space station. The insignia of the Empire could be found all over the deck, along with posters of Emperor Palpatine. The entrances and exits to it were guarded by stormtroopers.
Skig Banos, an Imperial informant, lived on the deck. After he was hired by Alderaanian Security, the droid information broker Switch arranged for one of their agents, who had been frozen in carbonite, to be stored on the deck, in it's main cargo bay. A group of spacers working for the Alderaanians went there to collect it.
