Blue was a Devaronian female who was the leader of a rebel team in the Five Points system. At some point in the Imperial Era, Jyn Erso was blackmailed by Imperial Admiral Bethava Rocwyn into infiltrating and spying on the cell.
Blue's cell, together with Jyn, brought food to the system's planet Watassay. After they arrived at the planet, they were captured and arrested by Admiral Rocwyn. The Admiral mentioned that Blue would be executed for treason.
Blue was a dedicated leader who possessed a certain fury that Jyn thought was similar to fellow Partisan leader Saw Gerrera. Jyn considered her to be a good person despite not agreeing with her Rebel motives.
