The Blood of Talath were a group of criminal Rattataki known for their violent behavior that operated by the time of the Cold War. They were one of many prisoners that were imprisoned on Belsavis by the Galactic Republic where they were placed in the secret Project Noble Focus initiative. They were eventually freed from captivity by an attack by the reconstituted Sith Empire that resulted in a planet-scale riot. This saw the Blood of Talath killing the various alien species while under the command of their leader Sulkhaz and actively engaged the Republic Military forces on the planet.
