Bliss Shargael was an Imperial Moff. With the disintegration of the Empire following Galactic Emperor Palpatine's death at the Battle of Endor, in the leaderless vacuum, the title of “Warlord” was hijacked by power-hungry Imperials of nonexistent integrity. Undeserving small fish like Admiral Inos Fonada and Moff Walang Grazz and second-tier replacement warlords like Shargael himself and fellow replacement warlord Jmanuel Tethys poached the rank in all it's supercilious glory. He also governed the I-sector.
His sector was presumably absorbed by the New Republic, during the Borderlands Campaign against the Imperial Remnant for their involvement in the Death Seed Plague of 13 ABY.
