The Black Talon Gang was a criminal gang led by the Human Shorran Dak that operated during the Clone Wars. After being contacted by the scientist Blayne regarding the possibility of acquiring some new technology that Blayne had developed, Dak and his gang headed for Blayne's base aboard the starship Talon's Wing. However, the vessel was boarded en-route by the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, who defeated and captured the gang. The Jedi ejected the gang aboard an escape pod and the clone trooper CC-2224 "Cody" was assigned to collect them.
