Black Sun territory

Black Sun territory, also known as the Black Sun district, was a sector of Coruscant ruled by the Black Sun criminal syndicate in the aftermath of the Sacking of Coruscant. After the Sacking, rioting and chaos overwhelmed the Coruscant Security Force and several prominent gangster began taking neighborhoods in the lower levels. They formed themselves into the Black Sun criminal syndicate and began spice and weapons trafficking. Black Sun's advance to claim more sectors was halted by the Justicars' Brigade militia, however, they continued rioting and plundering within their own territory. Several years into the Cold War, the CSF began making concerted efforts to reclaim the territory including fielding special tactical units.
