The Belsallian Cantina was a cantina located in the city of Carannia on Serenno. It shared its name with the Belsallian Sea. Patrons of the cantina were advised to arm themselves with weapons due to its disreputable nature. The Sith apprentice Asajj Ventress visited the cantina while searching for Jenza, the sister of her Master, Count Dooku. Upon visiting the cantina, Ventress sat on a chair where she was harassed by a Khormai, leading to Ventress hitting them with a tray. After the confrontation, a waitress droid guided Ventress to the Razorclaw Gang that Glute was a part of. After torturing a Pendago by cutting of three of his tentacles, the Gran obeyed and told Ventress where Glute lived.
The Belsallian Cantina first appeared in the audiobook Dooku: Jedi Lost, written by Cavan Scott and published in 2019. It shares the name of the Belsallian Sea, which first appeared in the Star Wars Legends comic Agent of the Empire – Hard Targets 1.
