Baze Joz was a male Chadra-Fan and mandoviol player in a band called the Dewback Ramblers.
After the Battle of Yavin, Baze Joz and the Dewback Ramblers operated out of the Lucky Star cantina in Mos Entha, on the planet Tatooine.
In 1 ABY, Baze Joz bit an agent of the Imperial Security Bureau outside of Mos Entha. The band leader Blerx Tango tasked a spacer with finding Joz and bringing him back safely. The spacer agreed, but was forced to kill three Imperial sergeants who would not let Joz be escorted.
Baze Joz was a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. In the game, players doing a mission for Blerx Tango had to rescue Baze. Because Baze Joz spawned under the generic "chadra_fan_thief" template, examining him revealed him to be a thief.
