Battle of Yaga Minor (Yuuzhan Vong War)

A minor skirmish was fought at Yaga Minor in 28 ABY during the Yuuzhan Vong War. After the Imperial Remnant had badly beaten the Yuuzhan Vong fleet under B'shith Vorrik at the Battle of Borosk, Vorrik withdrew his remaining forces to Yaga Minor.

Yaga Minor was where the Imperial fleet had withdrew prior to the battle at Borosk and following the Yuuzhan Vong victory at the Battle of Bastion; it also contained the only major Imperial shipyards. Vorrik hoped to destroy the shipyards as a means of both crippling the Imperial Remnant and getting revenge for his defeat at the hands of what he thought were a crippled enemy. The local Sector Fleet under Yaga Minor's Moff, Kurlen Flennic, held off Vorrik's forces until, at the approach of Imperial reinforcements from Borosk, Vorrik decided against a second battle. He fled back towards the main Yuuzhan Vong concentration near the Galactic Core, pulling the last Yuuzhan Vong forces from the Remnant's territory.

At one point, a group of Vong infiltrators entered a lab where they discovered that the Remnant was experimenting on Bafforr tree pollen. Lumiya's Sith forces arrived at the same time to retrieve the pollen.
