The journal of Jedi Knight Azlin Rell was long sought by Marchion Ro, the Eye of the Nihil because of the knowledge it contained on the Nameless species. Ro believed that the journal was kept within the Jedi Temple on Banchii, and ordered several Nihil to recover it and then destroy the temple. The Nihil were unsuccessful in their attempts to recover the journal, and Ro arrived on Banchii after the destruction of Starlight Beacon to find the object with Vol Garat, a mercenary who had seen the journal over a century earlier.
