In 22 ABY, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker attacked Vagaari Empire Supreme Commander Estosh's Dreadnaught-class heavy cruiser Dreadnaught-Four, obtaining the location of a rendezvous point where Estosh was to take Dreadnaught-Four in the process. After killing Estosh and his forces, Skywalker gave the location of the rendezvous to the Chiss Ascendancy nation, which the Vagaari forces had attacked previously.
The Ascendancy and the Empire of the Hand's 501st Legion then carried out a retaliatory surprise attack on a Vagaari attack force at the rendezvous point as part of the Third Vagaari War. The Chiss General Prard'ras'kleoni, core name "Drask," and Imperial Commander Chak Fel participated in the attack, which resulted in the Vagaari Empire vessels' destruction.
