Assistant Data Processor was a role in the Galactic Empire that was tasked with the processing of fines. After being charged for launching an investigation into the destruction of Coruscant's and during the Scourge assault, Agent Fabarian of the Imperial Security Bureau was demoted to the role of Assistant Data Processor. Fabarian, having been discreetly recruited into Administrator Sly Moore's Schism Imperial, a faction dissatisfied with the Emperor, used his position to approve a fine for Baron Slandarv, who the Schism suspected was developing a new model of battle droid. Slandarv called the fine processor to his office and removed his rank, but Fabarian secretly sliced into the baron's data.
