During the Clone Wars, the Galactic Republic carried out an assault on a weapons depot of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The mission was assigned to a squad of clone trooper deserters led by "Heater" by Clone Commander CC-3636 "Wolffe." The squad managed to infiltrate the depot and plant detonators, but were confronted by the super tactical droid in charge of the facility. The tactical droid was destroyed by "Racetrack," a trooper who had considered deserting again during the mission, allowing the squad to destroy the facility. Following the mission, Heater and the other clones chose to return to Republic service.
