Arterial Blocker

The "Arterial Blocker" was the name of a greasy breakfast dish served at the Kragget restaurant on Coruscant, the capital world of the Galactic Republic. The Arterial Blocker included fried eggs and smoked nerf slices. The dish became a favorite of the Grand Army of the Republic military contractor Kal Skirata, a regular customer of the Kragget during the Clone Wars. The Kragget's Twi'lek waitress, Soronna, knew the Arterial Blocker was a usual order of Skirata's, who preferred to order an extra egg with the meal.

The Arterial Blocker first appeared, unnamed, in the 2006 Republic Commando novel Triple Zero, written by author Karen Traviss. Triple Zeros 2007 sequel, True Colors, introduced the Arterial Blocker name.
