Found on Ziost, the Sith ritual altar was in the possession of Darth Sidious during the Clone Wars, who stored it in a desolate structure in The Works of the planet Coruscant before relocating it, along with the bulk of his personal collection, to the secret within the Grand Republic Medical Facility after the renegade clone trooper CT-5555's escape from the facility.
