The Anaxes Separatist Security Outpost was located on the planet Anaxes in the Outer Rim Territories and was utilized as a security outpost for the military forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Battle of Anaxes of the Clone Wars in 19 BBY, the war's final year. During the battle, the outpost, maintained by several B1-series battle droids, was infiltrated by the clone commando squad, Clone Force 99, led by Clone Sergeant Hunter and the 501st Legion, under orders from Clone Captain CT-7567. After the Republic vacated the outpost in order to infiltrate the Confederacy's Cyber Center, a platoon of battle droids arrived at the outpost as a T-series tactical droid reported his investigations to Harch Separatist Admiral Trench.
