Early in Galactic Civil War, the Aggressor transported the Imperial Security Bureau agent Mar Barezz. Following the death of Gil Bastra in 6.5 ABY, it transported Kirtan Loor to Coruscant.
The novel X-Wing: Rogue Squadron describes Loor as being onboard a shuttle attached to the SSD Aggressor. This is an error, seeing as this Aggressor had already been destroyed at that point. The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia from 2008 describes Loor as using the ISD Aggressor, with no reference linking him to a SSD.
