A variant of this spear was used by the the tribe's queen, which had more gold material fashioned onto it, and two points from the side edges of the main blade, giving it the appearance more akin to a trident.
To illustrate the Aeosians' balance of technology and nature, the design team added veins of gold in the sea rock of the planet's tunnels, visually tying into the gold metal of the Aeosians' armor and weapons.
