The attack droid saw combat during the Battle of Cadinth.
The "Imperial Attack Droid B" model was designed for the abandoned The Epic Continues story line. The prototype model was made by kitbashing 2-1B and 4-LOM figures, and was given Zuckuss' gun.
The droid later appeared in the Legends continuity where it was officially named the AP-1-C attack droid. The similarly-created AP-2 and AP-3 attack droids also appeared in the same source, along with other concepts from the rejected toy line.
