90,000 BBY

The 1994 novel The Courtship of Princess Leia by Dave Wolverton was the first source to establish that several of the levels of the Galactic City were more than ninety thousand years old by the time of the novel's events, which are set in 8 ABY. The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, subsequently explicitly introduced the year 90,000 BBY in the context of the history of Coruscant's planet-wide city.
