2nd Regiment was an Imperial Army formation based in the city of Tiems during the Galactic Civil War. 2nd Regiment fought in the Battle of Tiems, attacking Alliance troops along the Tiems Road. When Alliance forces fell back, 2nd Regiment followed and was caught in a trap by other Alliance forces that almost completely destroyed the unit.
